I often hear “how did I miss that car I never even saw it on your website?” Well, the truth of the matter is most of the cars I get in or decide to sell get sold with a few phone calls. But since I always have so many requests for great ’65 GT350 Shelbys, and they are so thin on the ground, I’m bad at keeping track of who was looking!
So I’ve decided to offer up this stellar ’65 GT350 here even in advance of having pretty pictures to show you.
It is chassis #461, a late front-battery car, and one that I last sold in 2015. It has great history from new, is a former AACA National 1st Place prize winner (1992) and has been owned by some very well-known people in the hobby. Better still it is 100% numbers matching with its original factory installed engine (rebuilt by me in 2015) and transmission.
Long story short- this is a turn-key great ’65 with no stories, all the right parts, coming from a great home. If you want an exceptional first year GT350 and not a UFO or auction block horror story waiting to happen this opportunity deserves your full attention.
