You were a businessperson, a gentleman, very helpful and honest, and a person of your word. It was a pleasure to do business with you.

Colin,

I am just writing to let you know how pleased I am with the two Pontiacs; the 1969 GTO Judge Ram Air IV, and the 1971 GTO Judge Ram Air, 455 HO, that I have purchased from you in the last 120 days.

I had been looking for a 1969 for some time, and had just never found one that was up to my specifications. This car is beautiful and very nicely restored. It is as close to perfect as I have see, and especially since the restoration was completed about 8 years ago. the car I wanted to purchase had to be a Judge, had to be Ram Air IV, had to have a 4 speed, had to have a black interior, and had to be Carousel Red. This car had all of these features.

As far as the 1971 is concerned, I had one of those in the back of my mind for some time, but had not seriously pursued the purchase of one. As you know, this one just happened to be setting in your parking lot the day my wife and I came over to pick up the 1969. I just walked over and looked at it quickly that day and then didn’t think about it again until we were on our way home. I got to thinking about it and was sure I had seen this car someplace before. When I got home, I researched my records and found a picture of this car or its twin in a GM muscle car calendar that I had. I thought about it for a few days, and then called you to ask you about it. You explained the unique features and history of the car, and then I got very interested in it. Again, it is a car that would fit into my Pontiac collection very nicely. It was a Judge, it was a 455 HO, it had the M-22 rock crusher close ratio 4 speed, it was Lucerne Blue, and it had been restored to perfection.

You sent me E-mail pictures of both of these cars, we talked about both of these cars in detail, we negotiated a price on both of these cars, and I bought both of these cars sight unseen. You assured me that if the cars were not exactly as you represented them to be, when I came to pick them up, I was under no obligation to purchase them. Needless to say, I was more than pleased when I actually saw them and inspected them, and both cars are now at my home and in my garage.

I had never met you before I made that initial telephone call and of course being the person that I am, I was skeptical. Colin, you were a businessperson, a gentleman, very helpful and honest, and a person of your word. It was a pleasure to do business with you. I am still looking for other specific Pontiacs to own, and we talked about which ones they are. If you find any of the cars I am looking for, hopefully you will contact me, and we can do business again someday. Thank you for all your help, and it has been a pleasure doing business with you.

Sincerely,
Jack Steele
